   Gregg went above and beyond to deliver swift service. We were in and out for a passport renewal in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the need of passport or postal services.

   Unbelievably good service. We needed a notary as a family friend was nearing the end of his life and didn’t have his will and documents in order. Pam drove up to the Elm Wood nursing center, because he was not physically able to leave his room. She notarized all the documents we needed. She was flexible, timely, and really went above and beyond for us. We couldn’t be more pleased.

   For the first time I felt discriminated against in this type of store, the lady looked at me from top to bottom after I said good morning, she did not answer that I am going to send a fax as I send it without completing the sheet that they keep with the number, I waited for almost 40 Min later she said that she had to send it again, she lost my piece of paper where she had the number. I went home to get it, I went back to the store and I had to wait again for her to finish serving 5 people, then I asked her how much the fax cost because I didn’t charge other people and I charged cheaper for another, then she didn’t want me attend and come back In an hour for the manager to be there to give me my money back, then I gave him a video of how he took care of others and I asked him why he didn’t like Latinos, what was his problem, according to what he called the police, I had to call the central office and as always they do nothing.
