    Don’t be fooled by this company. They do not own 1 truck they are not a transport company. They are brokers . They will take your money and book your vehicle, then put it on line in hopes somebody will accept their cheap rate. If you are looking to ship a car contact a carrier that owns trucks .

    Very rude staff Ruth this time. UPS confirmed delivery to Weyauwega post office the day before with ok to pickup today. Wouldn’t even go and check or look for packages. Not the first time they have lost important mail in the past and delivered a month later. Get some competent personal here please.

    The exact same thing is happening to me that happened to Brice. I was supposed to get my delivery 2 weeks ago and they never showed up and never called. I had to call and they said the order was never routed so they had to reschedule it to the next week. The same exact thing happened the next week. I have been on the phone with them nonstop and have tried calling the hub but no one ever answers there and I get hung up on when I call customer service. Terrible company.
    Update 8.27.2020. The treadmill was still not delivered again today. I received a call saying it would be here and then later on noticed an issue in the online tracker. Now they’re telling me they don’t even have the parts. Well, actually one person tells me they don’t and another person tells me they do. They keep saying it will be/has been escalated and that someone will call me back but they never do. I tried emailing the email below and it came back undeliverable.
