   Hudson Bay and Costco are using Canpar for deliveries. They should STOP.
   Canpar is the worst delivery company and its incompetence destroys any positive customer experience from buying online from reputable sellers.
   In recent months, I personally witnessed 3 out of 3 (!) failed deliveries by Canpar.
   With Hudson Bay purchase: TWICE delivered expensive package by throwing the box on neighbour’s porch. Wrong address, zero security, exposed to elements. I didn’t know, so initiated a non-delivery complaint. Canpar had the nerve to (i) send me a photo of NOT MY HOUSE as proof of delivery; (ii) tell me that THEIR system confirmed that this was MY ADDRESS; (iii) absolve themselves from any responsibility. I eventually figured it out (my neighbour is a 100 years old) but Canpar took three weeks to actually respond to my complaint!
   And with Costco: delivery attempt by sticking a paper on the door is not really an attempt. I was HOME – should’t a driver at least ring the doorbell? Now they will not deliver. One attempt is all you get. It is now $10+tx to play this game again. Nice going, Canpar.

   Great service, and very friendly professional team. They handled our house move very smoothly and efficiently, and took all the stress out of moving. Aaron and his team were very careful and treated our belongings and property will full respect. Could not recommend Brighton Rock removals enough. Would definitely use them again. Thanks guys.

   Yummers! Amazing service. Extra sauce given not stingy like Maccies. Chicken to bagel ratio on point. Would recommend to a friend who had good taste.

   I have to say, the entire experience was not good. I was quoted at 2 hours $150 an hour, It ended up taking 4 hours and costing $600. It probably didn’t help that one of the men was clearly frustrated at the other for his lack of urgency. My old roomate had more items to move and used a different company at a lower rate coming in just under 2 hours.. be careful with this company..
