    Worst client experience possible. If you have a choice…Run as fast as possible from this company. From dispatch to drivers they lack all client service skills.
    Ordered delivery with Amazon and they hired these guys as a third party delivery, despite Amazon delivery saying they will place product in room of my choice the company refused and left a 260lb fridge outside in the rain.

    Beware of the insurance coverage! This company is extremely deceitful, they marked every piece of furniture I have as badly worn, scratched, or dented. Of course all my furniture is not damaged and some pieces were even brand new. Then use this as an excuse to not honor your claim because (they say it was damaged before it was shipped) The sheet is every hard to read and with the stress of moving I missed this and foolishly signed. I only had three things damaged (not a big claim at all) and they flat out refused to do anything. They even forgot my safe at the house and had to send it via FedEx. When it arrived it was badly damaged. I called as soon as I received the package and they indicated they would cover it. When the claim was submitted they told me FedEx would have to handle it. This is a very shady company! Its a shame.. Be careful hiring them!!

    From pickup to delivery, the process was easy and quick. All my personal belongings were handled with care and arrived on time. All my accommodations were considered and met. Delivery service was exceptional thanks to movers Marquito and Juan, they worked well as a team and provided professional service. I greatly appreciated the visit during delivery from manager Curtis to ensure great customer service. Thank you!
