We had a good experience with KAS EXPRESS in 2014 when our household goods were shipped from Long Beach CA to Columbia SC and Kas Express was the delivering carrier: so it seemed reasonable to use them for our reverse move. At first it was a little difficult getting ahold of someone which we came to realize was because they are always busy. Once we established contact with Joe Trotter everything proceeded quite smoothly from the estimate to the wrapping & loading process to final delivery in Long Beach. They also lined up an auto transport carrier to haul our car to Long Beach. Both deliveries went off without a hitch. The driver phoned us the night before & I gave him directions and he arrived on time and unloaded our furniture quickly and efficiently. Likewise the auto transport driver called us the night before and gave us a three hour window which he met and delivered the car in the same condition as when it was picked up. Have nothing but compliments for everyone who I dealt with from start to finish. THANK YOU for being professional, efficient and courteous from start to finish. Mike Wells
Very good customer service from kas express. They take the time to make sure they are doing the task correctly. Very friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Bottom line: Budget friendly and excellent customer service.
Waiting for two hours after the delivery window from KAS EXPRESS. Called to get an update. Got an update that they would be here within the hour. Called an hour later. Turns out, the customer service rep had mistakenly cancelled our order. Customer service can’t get in touch. Lease is up tomorrow so don’t.
The movers from KAS EXPRESS company loaded up the kitchen utensils and some random stuff we didn’t have boxes for and had no clue how to pack. Really amazed with the service and would definitely recommend them to everyone.
Giving them 5 stars since they’re under management. Been coming here to KAS EXPRESS for 2 years & when I came in today to do a few returns I was greeted & treated very well. This new staff of people are being trained well & I honestly appreciated how each person on the team was so courteous. Shout out to whoever trained them. One of the young men told me they’re been under new management since August. Keep up the good work guys!
Very trustworthy and reliable Kas Express. Urgent service is provided at a reasonable cost. The driver was very nice, he helped load and unload. Would use the service again.
