Update: Within an hour of my posting the following review, I have been bombarded by calls, emails, and texts from Edward, claiming he is getting fired for my review and may not be able to find another job because he is an immigrant (???). It is now bordering on harassment. Stay far away from this company. Clearly they lack professionalism on many levels.
In the beginning Edward was very helpful and conscientious..until the contract was signed. As the shipping date drew close, he was slow to respond to my texts and emails. Finally he admitted that the price in the contract was simply an estimate and that the drivers themselves determine the actual cost, which would be higher. There was no such language in the contract about an estimate and his baloney would never hold up in court. I will find another, more honest carrier.
Absolutely awesome, knows what they’re doing, very helpful, reasonable prices , efficient and professional. Definitely recommending!
Two very pleasant and professional gentleman showed up on time and with short notice to complete the job successfully within the quoted time. I’d be happy to recommend this company to friends and family.
Very bad experience! I have experienced a delay in delivery so when I visited the hub, they didn’t give my parcel and asked me to come early in the morning!
So with DTDC your delivery will be delayed, if you’re willing to get it before they do by visiting the hub, you will not get your parcel either
DHL what dreadful service! it has taken them longer to get the parcel to us than it took for it to arrive from China. You pay more for an express service only to wait more than seven days for it to arrive to you. I called multiple times to arrange drop off times and every single time I was assured the parcel would arrive the next day, twice i cancelled commitments and appointments in order to be at home expecting the parcel in vain. Today I called again only to be told that the parcel was waiting collection at a nearby point, the lady I spoke with declared complete ignorance as to why I had been told twice to wait for the parcel to arrive instead of going and getting it myself. DHL’ s service is inefficient and their customer service appalling.
