   Not delivered by driver. Waited in line for hours on a Saturday only to be told that they were understaffed and didn’t have enough people to unload their trucks due to a staffing issued.

   Have always received my packages in a timely manor right at my door, with a picture confirmation. No issues at all, great service.

   We used Help You Move for relocating one of our offices in Walla Walla. The move went smooth and the movers Austin and Blake were very professional and hard workers. Will definitely use them again.

   What’s the point of this company? I used it once and I realized that I’m just paying a monthly fee for inconvenience. I was waiting for an express delivery, FedEx delivered the package to Fetch at noon, I didn’t get the package until around 9pm. I’m deleting my account and will never use it again. The apt complex cannot prevent Fedex ups, DHL or other legit delivery services from coming to your door and deliver. If they do in order push you to Fetch, you can sue. Some state allow punitive damages for those kind of hustle. For me, the apt complex will either receive my packages and call me, or send fedex to my door. Screw Fetch

   it doesn’t surprise me to see how low their rating is, they always lose our mail or don’t deliver for two or three days. We have made written complains but nothing has changed.

   Their phone service is ridiculous! Can I speak to a human!!! Their stupid automated system is incompetent!! Bounced around for like 20 minutes and still got nowhere. Pathetic!
