    The service is a joke ,period.
    For 2 weeks keep changing the delivery date last minute for no reason ,
    Waiting all day delivery didn’t show up at all , after talking to customer service and telling me the route of the driver .After calling again and I was told that the stop wasn’t performed due to customer not being at home and the item have not arrived at there facility .
    So , figure that out ?
    The customer service people I talked many times to track my order are not even in the country ,they were talking to me from India .
    One star so I can post

    My son asked us to ship some large car parts that were still in our garage to his friend’s shop in Tennessee. The package arrived quickly and safely. The auto shop owner said it was the best packaged set of car parts he’s ever received, including from parts manufacturers. Thanks Kelvin!

    Very poor customer service. Not ideal that they are closed on Saturday and I can deal with that, but the fact I have seen poor treatment of customers multiple times makes it difficult to be a satisfied customer.

    I went today (Labor Day) to use the kiosk because I had several large envelopes to mail and I didn’t want to hold up a line. I got through probably a dozen of what I needed to mail and I decided to go ahead and enter the transaction before finishing the rest. I tried two different cards and both of them were declined and I guarantee there’s plenty of money in both of those accounts. Their kiosk is outdated and needs some repair. I guess I’ll be upsetting people because I’ll have to go to stand in the regular line.
