Very small 4 1/2 with no boxes, bags or small items, basically about 8 big items and 6 medium items took Kaiyuan Shipping 8 hours… They stretched every second possible… basically an amateur moving company that preys on elderly people and takes advantage of the situation… Don’t trust the rating on Google, I have a doubt that a lot of the reviews are not genuine…
To the response: This response says a lot of how this business runs. The owner showed so much anger and aggression. Funny how my friend got a firm price of 1100 for a big 5 1/2 and they were done in 5 hours. Hourly is a scam with moving companies like these. Big Bad Russian Gangster Owner trying to intimidate his way out of stretching most hours possible… I have film of your honest workers repeatedly sitting in the truck for more than 10 min at a time just standing around on their phone… So just stop trying to lie your way out of this one, you weren’t even there… And the police actually were on our side. We told you to take it to court… But you decided to actually charge what you were supposed to. Funny how you say we planned on not paying from the beginning, when your (worker/clearly a part owner) ask us to pay cash and we drove to the bank to pick up cash. We definitely didn’t want to pay the ridiculous price. When I saw they were taking their sweet time and taking a break on every piece they brought to the truck, I knew then the price wouldn’t be accurate and fair. And we offered to take it to court but you reduced the price to a reasonable amount but even then $900 was too much for the little amount of things we had. So again stop lying…
PS: your honest workers stole a brand new wrench and left with a set of hinge nails for our doors. Amateurs…
Honestly the best customer service from Kaiyuan Shipping I think I’ve ever received. Being at home with 2 kids during a pandemic makes this an absolute essential and helps our family so much.
Kaiyuan Shipping helped us move at the beginning of October. Nothing was too much trouble and the team worked so hard and were so careful with everything, making sure everything was in the right place. Would thoroughly recommend and very reasonably priced.
