From the start to finish I have been misled, received little to no communication, fed incorrect information and deflection of responsibility.
A large portion of my possessions are covered in mould, some damaged and the walls marked and damaged on delivery.
Despite several calls and emails, nobody from Allied has responded to me or sent a representative or claim form.
Big semi truck, thick traffic on I5 freeway just north of Seattle, WA. In pouring down rain. Semi steps on the brakes hard & gets way to close to the rear end of a small car. So we look over & my passenger sees the driver talking on his cell phone.
Dangerous & foolish, and the company’s liability if he hurts someone.

With most places being curbside pickup and a long wait time I was thankful to be able to pop into the ups store and purchase boxes I needed for moving. Unfortunately they charge in my opinion a ridiculous amount of money for their boxes and on top of that the unused boxes cannot be returned for what you had paid. Only a store credit can be provided which doesn’t help me. I had no issues with their staff, they were accommodating. But I bought a total of 10 boxes. Five medium sized and five large sized boxes, along with a single roll of tape and I was charged 129.26$… a complete rip off in my opinion. Avoid these guys for any type of moving supplies if you can.

– Thankfully after posting my review the staff contacted me and assured me they would do their best to rectify the issue. I am now able to return my unused boxes, and obtain a cash refund for what I didn’t use. Appreciate them taking the time to try to help my situation. I would still suggest a different place for moving supplies, but the staff at this location is very considerate and accommodating. Thank you Sidrah.
