Unless you actually drive for JUPITER COURIER, You are going to think some of these reviews are possibly fake but I assure you, they are not. I’ve been driving for them a little less than a year and the driver who recruited me made it sound so good, I just couldn’t believe it but I thought I would give them a shot anyway. It was everything he said and more. I have had at least two mechanics in their shop to tell me thanks for being a driver because it gives them job security. How many mechanics treat you like anything more than a nuisance for a lot of companies? These mechanics are Johnny on the spot when it comes to maintenance and of course, every truck will need maintenance from time to time. The dispatchers are awesome and great communicators and never throw more at you than you can handle and come right out and ask you which direction would you like to go very often. They want you happy and they want you sticking around. It’s obvious from top level management to dispatchers to everyone that this company has got it right. I have had some eye-popping paychecks. I was happy with my first and only other company and I was hesitant to leave but I’m even happier at jupiter courier. I love my job here!
Jupiter Courier is delivering a week late and nowhere on their website shows that there is signature delivery. They don’t ring the doorbell and then when I call it rings and rings and hangs up 10 out of 11 times, and say I needed my package today they said it would be there after around 1:30pm. I go in at 4 and they say they don’t have my package.
JUPITER COURIER is a waste of time and money.
