They lie about “attempt to deliver” packages and never tried. Had they tried they would see I’m a home based business woman taking care of my autistic son. It’s frustrating to have to get him dressed, go all the way to the post office, AND STILL GET NO PACKAGE because they don’t know where it’s at…. Nobody there cares about the customer. It’s just a paycheck to them.
Their picking it up in Kenai. We wee experiencing some lost mail last year but that issue was addressed and seems to have been corrected. Still wish they would move the rural box cluster back to it’s original position closer to the main intersection.
Crooks. Wouldn’t take my boxes even though fully protected. I’ve been shipping for years. Charged 20 dollars to re package. These guys are worthless.

I had to mail a bunch of camping gear to six separate locations. I walked in, and not knowing where to start Tony was happy to help. Not only that, my experience can actually be categorized as the best customer service experience I’ve had ever. Tony made his mission my mission. And he wasn’t over the top about it, instead he was unassumingly thorough. While putting my items into packages, he prioritized tasks as others walked in and was able to help them as well. He told me I could leave and he’d take care of it, he even called me when the task was complete to follow up. I can honestly say, the most outstanding customer service experience I have ever had… at FedEx shipping center. Was really my lucky day. Hah.
