   I can’t find my package 6201000053976270. The system shows that it has been delivered on 13/09/21 but I haven’t received it yet. I called the hotline and got no response.

   Where can I see who left my package? It tells me that it has been delivered and I still have not received my parcel. They indicate that I sign it as received but no one received it. I have called the numbers indicated for Guanajuato and they do not work.

   My parcel number is 971557440815. I contacted a representative 4 hours ago and finally he informs me that he will deliver the parcel to someone else. This representative is undisciplined and irresponsible.

   My shipment was handed over by the representative to someone else, and when I called to see where he arrived, he told me that he delivered it. It has nothing to do with who is the owner. I hope to solve the problem.

   Very bad parcel service. Takes a long time to arrive. Other companies take 4 days at most from the same place where the packages are sent.

    This place never ceases to amaze me. Amazon returns, shipping, copying, scanning, faxing, mail. They do it all and with a smile too. I am moving from a house to a condo and all of my office equipment is in storage. They have helped me with documents every step of the way and at a minimal cost. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

    Absolutely inflamed at the way this place handled my Passport Application. I just received a denial of my renewal and a request to go back to this place just because the acceptance rep did not take the time to have me sign it correctly. I paid all this extra money just to make sure I got my application expedited for my trip only to find out ONLY 2 WEEKS BEFORE MY OVERSEAS TRIP that I have to do the application over because of their negligence. Now I will have to pay EVEN MORE MONEY to overnight the new set of papers AND leave my job in the middle of the day to Uber to this location. Just to not even know if my passport will be in my hands before the trip. Like you have ONE JOB!!! I am going to demand to speak to a manager once I get there tomorrow cause you absolutely are playing with my life and the life of others if you conduct business like this. I shouldn’t have trusted a crusty north side USPS with something this important in the first place, that was all on me. Never again.
