    Be careful with JSI Logistics.
    We did two quotes with them at $600 AUD as we were leaving Australia and wanted to be sure of what we would have to pay. 30 days after the last quote, we went back to JSI Logistics to send our stuff. The quote was more than double, $1300 AUD. We had 1 more box than the original quote but the person from JSI Logistics told us it was because of the oil price increase.
    I don’t think that the oil price doubled at this time.
    We were already at JSI Logistics with all our boxes and it was our last days in Oz so we didn’t have other choices than accepting this unfair situation.
    After being robbed by JSI Logistics, we wrote to the customer service to complain and they just forwarded our email to JSI Logistics.
    The customer service was really bad and the guy from JSI Logistics was really aggressive in his replies.
    I really insist that this issue was with JSI Logistics as we sent other stuff with a different service and the girl was really good.

    JSI Logistics doesn’t even try to knock or ring your doorbell. In fact, the driver literally stuck the missed delivery slip in my mailbox, which is a good 4 feet away from the door. I was home all day to receive the package. This is the third time this has happened. I really don’t know how they’re still in business.

    The JSI Logistics staff is lazy and not quite competent. They have no respect for people’s time. Nor are they observing any SOPs for social distancing.
