   Tanong lang po. Ilang days po ba ang shipment ng companya nyo? Pag trina track ko po, wala na pong bagong update mula noong June 7. Tsaka, bat po ang tagal ng tracking ng Jrs ngaun? Mas nauna pa ung parcel ko sa J&T dumating kahit huli un.. Pang 14 days na po ngaun ng parcel ko, hindi pa rin dumadating.

   Good morning…ask ko lang po kung kelan darating yung parcel ko from Manila bound to MaryGold Nicopior of Centro Este , Libertad, Antique.. Sept 10 pa po yun pinadala hanggang ngayun Sept. 25 di pa natatanggap ng receiver may Cp# namn po yun..paki message po…natràck and trace ko last week and nagmessage ako pero the ff.day di ko na matrace..at nagmessage ako pero walang nagreply….pls paki ayos po ..

   1 month until now, my package to the USA has not been received. They told me that it will be available within 1 month from order placement. Also tracking information shows that he is still in the Philippines.

    Damon, Justin and Brandon from JRS Express worked so hard! They were so personable and cared about everything they were doing for us. They helped us move from a two bedroom two bath apartment on the second floor to a home. I didn’t realize how much stuff I really had and they packed the truck super full but carefully. They wrapped all of our furniture. And we did our part by taking furniture apart and making sure everything was boxed. I know it cost a little more than I had planned but it was worth every penny because I’d never be able to get all of those boxes down those stairs and while it was the hottest July on record! Thank you!

    I understand that the holidays can be difficult at times at JRS Express, but the attitude is unnecessary and makes me want to drive farther away rather than come back to this more convenient location.

    I can never get my mail from JRS Express. They can put other people’s mail in my box. They lose very expensive packages and say they deliver them. I don’t know if they take them home or what.

    Zero customer service at JRS Express. Wish I could give negative stars. Machines do NOT work. You will waste your time dealing with the incompetencies of the staff.
