A few days before the shipment arrived from huston texas to the Philippines
Have a label for JPS Ground to pickup a return package. What number do I call for the pickup.
We had a delivery today from JPS and the box was left on the top of the stairs in the front of the house. In case you haven’t heard, there are many packages stolen after they have been delivered and to leave the package on the top of the stairs is really dumb. 5 seconds more effort could have put the package in an area that was not anywhere near as visible and way less likely to get stolen

I was a driver picking up 2 Volvos that were bought by my friend. Driving Maine to Baltimore Port. This was a trip I will never forget.
When we first got there both trucks did NOT start on their own. 4 Jump Packs had to be attached to both trucks. Randy blamed this on the cold weather and said not to turn off the trucks for the next hour.
Second, 1/2 mile away from his lot the air brakes locked up on one of the trucks.
Since it is a small town, 3 guys that worked in that area helped out to get the truck moved back to Randy’s Yard to get it fixed. (I left these 3 gentlemen a generous tip) as I had to make an 8 hour journey with these trucks.
Third, once I got on the Maine turnpike, 3 miles down from his shop, the other truck had a very bad truck/steering shake at 45 through 50 miles an hour.
I called Randy and explained to him it is not safe to drive that truck at this speed on the highway and he blamed the cold weather in Maine and said it is only a bald spot on a tire.
Since I had to make a port deadline, I had no choice but to drive these trucks in the condition they were.
Last, 300 miles into the trip I stopped for fuel on the Mass turnpike and turned off one of the trucks.
This truck never started back on its own.
I had to go to Fleet Pride and buy 4 new batteries for the truck just to make it to my destination.
Just stay away from Randy’s place unless you get these headaches of trucks for a very good deal.
I had a great experience from JPS about two weeks ago. I was moving into my first apartment and I had two awesome movers by the names of Jeffrey A. & James S. Those guys were really fast at moving me into my place and I can honestly say I saved a good amount of money as well. I highly recommend their services and I plan to use JPS again in the near future 🙂
Absolutely the best. The 2 young men were skilled, organized, friendly, fast but most of all respectful. I will never use any other movers than JPS. And I’m a 78 year old fussy dude!
