   I’m VERY disappointed with the USPS in Salisbury, NC. I sent a package to Texas on February 17, 2021 and it still hasn’t arrived and today is March 1, 2021! I paid extra money and sent it Priority Mail. To anyone who reads this DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY SENDING SOMETHING OVERNIGHT OR PRIORITY!!!

   This was for about 350 cubic feet of items moved from Chicago to SF.
   They arrived an hour late to my two hour elevator reservation. And when they arrived and looked at all the items for which I had already received a quote, he had to call his supervisor because his inventory list did not match. He spent another another half an hour to sort out the discrepancies. They did an okay job packing and wrapping the items, but they did kind of throw the items around with little care.
   I had my items stored in Chicago before I was ready to have them transported to California. There were no issues on this front, but their storage location is kind of in a sketchy location.
   When I requested to have my items delivered, the contract lists that they have 30 business days to deliver the items. They literally delivered on the last day. I’m not sure if there’s a penalty if they miss the delivery date because it was not specified in the contract. Also beware that they tag on additional fees during the final destination delivery (e.g. the hallway is over 20ft or you don’t live on the ground floor, or they can’t drive trucks downtown). Expect another couple hundred dollars.
