We had Orange Auto Transport move us from Utah to Orlando Florida. We had to transport a Porsche 911, Porsche Cayenne and a Vanderhall (3 wheel autocycle). To say the least, we were nervous! We were so lucky that we ended choosing Orange Auto. The customer service was excellent. I had a couple of small issues on my end that needed attention and the office was very responsive to my needs. Our driver, Efrain, was AMAZING! He was punctual, arriving exactly as promised and he was so careful when loading and unloading our vehicles. He even arrived earlier than expected on delivery. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if we ever need another transport.
Do not use this service I arrived 12 minutes early and then. Waited 30 minutes. They have no number so finally the store I was waiting in front of had their number and called them they had arrived 20 minutes before the departure time and left. They had my cellphone and why would you leave at 7:50 if the ticket states 8:10. This company is a joke why did I not look at all the bad reviews first.
Doing 60 on 126 and one of the trucks came flying up starting to tailgate us. Wouldn’t back off for over a mile until we got on i5. Reckless dangerous
The guys (Dexter and I can’t remember the other name) were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Very happy with the delivery and installation of our new oven.
These people are great, can be a full line and they’ll get you out in minutes. Whoever leaves less than 4 stars is part of the problem not the people working there .
