   I have dealt with the store many times in the past and never an issue. Now all of a sudden everything is about the money $1.99 for a plastic bag because supposedly the cardboard box it was in isn’t good enough. How in the hell is a plastic bag any better. Spoke to a gentleman who claimed he was the owner name Nick nothing but excuses won’t be returning to the store.

   Well so far, all the other people who have been here before me were correct about the loading. I’ve been on a door for 1.5 hours now and I’m the only one here. Was told at check in they have everything ready just need to load….. well how about getting me loaded then??? Broker told me to come in early this morning and not to worry about it. My fault I listened to him. Avoid this place like the plage!!

   Extremely L A Z Y personnel who won’t deliver boxes to your front porch that are too large for parcel locker. Rude employees who don’t answer the office phone. Just plain huevones! Castroville Tx USPS Sucks. Period

   I absolutely hate coming to this USPS. Every worker there is MISERABLE, rude and EXTREMELY unprofessional. It’s unbelievable. I’ve witnessed an African American worker treat a customer that only spoke Spanish in such a degrading manner. Another time I went in and the worker sees me standing waiting to be called to the counter but doesn’t say anything I had to say “can I get help!?”, reads my label hands me a box and tape tells me to wrap it. They all lack simple customer service.
