    Billing will be done easily and payment will be done fast. But delivery of parcel will not done. We have to search our own parcel and make entry. Management pl look into it.

    My mom used these guys last year, she said they were quite good and I only had a small move so I called for a quote. The rates were pretty good, on par with other big moving companies. They didn’t neglect to tell me a total price, which other companies and craigslisters did! So I was at least in the know about the cost of my move.
    Day of the move went pretty quick, small basement in Van to a 2 bed in East Van. They called me ten minutes before they arrived, which helped (I was sleeping).
    They came in and wrapped all my nice things like TV and stereo units with big blue blankets and plastic. Looked safe. They where pretty quick considering the access was horrible. At my new place they unloaded everything even quicker.
    Total cost came in just under estimate given, so again I was happy.
    I will use these guys again if I unfortunately have to move AGAIN!

    Some staff members are rude and unhelpful there’s a huge back log on sending out notices for parcels…In my phone.experience they do however answer

    Thy say thy delivered my package but it was not , then thy have the nerve to say check with neighbours or ur door step. Thousands of rand’s just left anywhere . Thy can’t even call before thy so call delivery to say thy on thy way . But get notifications ur order was signed n delivered by who only god knows . Pathetic
    Tracking number is X50000236273
    Managed to get the driver who delivers in my area only for him to say he dropped my order at the wrong house in the wrong road . Road names are not even close for the driver to be confused .
    How do url confirm the name on the order is the same as the person signing for it. So just go to any house and drop off parcels ???
    I want my order with all my items or a total refund
