This is my 2nd delivery from JK Transport and, I have to say their service is brilliant! Driver called before delivery to let me know what time he would arrive. He was friendly and helpful and, delivered my package to the room I needed in. I offered him a cold drink as it was so warm which, he appreciated! Thanks once again JK Transport!

So I don’t understand why some shops have to use JK Transport. I had shopped 4 times with this courier, and I had to call 4 times, all calls I had to wait for more than 20 min for them to kindly pick up.
I live in a house with doorbell, they don’t even bother to write anything on that dreadful card, which means I had to make a re-deliver every time with no time guarantee. Driver never picks up the call from the call center so I can’t even do a self pick up. WASTE MY TIME!!!!
7am on a Sunday morning and I need milk. Everywhere is shut… Except the JK Transport office? Can’t fault the place! Helpful and friendly, great little local business with loads of groceries and essentials at good prices.
The waiting time here at JK Transport is too horrible even though they work in token systems…the staff at the three operating counters are not efficient to handle the crowd.
