   Wonderful! I hired bill for my recent move from a bedroom in a large house to a 1-bedroom apartment. He was so easy to work with and did a great job! I was able to communicate with him via text and phone and he was even able to accommodate me when my move date changed. He was on time (early even!) and made my move as easy and seamless as possible. I cannot recommend his services enough!

   The delivery executive denied coming to the building saying he’s scared of dog loitering in the street. And he’s wrongly updating the status as restricted entry zone. Pathetic service. Have raised a concern no response till now. Absolutely unprofessional.

   Useless and need to sort out if they are a delivery company or just a bunch of lazy time wasters!?!
   Had 8 packages that had to be collected Monday and delivered by Tuesday, its for my buisness and so I chose what I thought was a very reliable company to collect and deliver (UPS), if they aren’t with the customers Tuesday I will loose out on money and buisness.
   I arranged for someone to be in at the collection address the entire day. Now this morning (Monday) there was actually 2 people in the house…. 1 in the front room and the other outside hanging washing out but with all doors open and door bell speaker next to the rear door, 2 meters from them.
   No one heard anything at all… Just when 1 of them went to go up stairs there was a card!
   The chap has just posted card, no knock and no door bell unless he rubbed the front door instead of knocking!?!?
   I realise it’s a Monday morning and maybe the thought of 120kg of goods as a pick up made them feel it was OK to just stick a card through the door BUT THIS IS NOT OK and it’s there pissing job to collect and deliver parcels… Its why the company exists!?!?
   They are messing with buisness and people’s time! I have paid just short of £100 to get these items collected and then delivered within a time frame they advertised, if they can’t do that and the packages won’t be there for Tuesday then clearly they can’t do there job and appears to be alot of people saying the same thing! Maybe employ people that have pride in there work and thrive on providing the best service possible.
   Now due to 1 person who hasn’t done there job I loose 2 customers and years of buisness!
   My advice…. Avoid using UPS if you can as clearly don’t like being a delivery company… Apparently it’s over rated and wasting peoples time and money is much more fun!
