   We called several weeks ago in order to get a transport, however with lack of communication got up to a time crunch for pick up only to be told that they found a truck but the price was going to be higher, mind you the price changed several times already, last time we were advised the price change was because they had found a truck but being a holiday week it would cost a little more, which we completely understood and were okay with, to be told they would call within the next 72 hours for pick up date and time, which was on Friday of last week, I have left several messages for Maria with no return call. I call today again and asked to speak to Maria, and asked please do not transfer me to maria to yet leave another voicemail for her to fail return calls as has happened all week. To speak to a very kind person named Becky, I do mean that sincerely, she was helpful, only thing with that is, she advised they did not have a truck for pick up and would not be able to get it picked up before the date I leave out of state as promised weeks ago, that the young lady that has been working on it did not have a truck scheduled and then Becky located one, for us to only be told AGAIN that the price would almost double from the last quoted amount again because of the holiday weekend, but would not ship until after the date we asked for it to be shipped to location. Mind you we gave a window of 7 days that it could be shipped on as we understand things can happen and not always make it on exact date, to it being shipped after we have actually already left the ship to state. I would have gone with someone else had communication been done from the beginning and we would have known they actually did not have a truck and lacked in open communication. We have had several vehicles shipped and never had an experience as we did with this company, it is very disappointing to try and ship an expensive vehicle on a enclosed trailer and given the spill about how they can promise this and they can promise that, to find in the end everything you were told in the beginning was far from the truth… I would not ever want a vehicle of this price to ship with a company that not only lacks in communication obviously lacks in respect for their customers, says a lot on how much they would value a priceless item.
