   We used Door Dash for the first time. It may be our last. We received a 50% off coupon. We tried to use it but after a half hour playing around we called customer service and was told the site was down. We came back a week later and tried to use the coupon but were told it expired. We called customer service who obviously was in some other country and after getting cut off twice, was told too bad, no 50% coupon for you! Door Dash really wanted us to try their service. So next we tried to use their current 20% coupon. Needless to say that didn’t work! We just ordered the food at full price. The dasher came as promised in about 30 minutes. Food was a bit soggy and cool but that wasn’t his fault. Moral of the story is unless there’s a foot of snow, just get in your own car, drive to your local place you enjoy, and pick up your own food!!!

   It is amazing that in a world where most establishments give poor or substandard service, I am giving 4 stars to an establishment for doing their job in a way that you would expect a good business to operate.
   I was asked to submit this review, so I will say that the place of business was polite, professional, and treated me as a customer the way all business should treat their clients at the very least. They were not over the top, so a five star is not justified, but I would use them again.
