   At first, I was hesitant to use Fetch since I’ve never had to use a service like this before nor did I know really know anything about it — it sounded like more of an annoyance if anything as we were required to order packages to here now, but after using it for several months now, I can say that any of the doubts and worries I had are totally gone.
   I’ve have never had any issue and the packages are always delivered quickly and smoothly.

   I had the worst experience. Service is super slow. Staff don’t know anything about what good customer service is. Never going back there again. Seriously one star is too much for this place.

   This place is a rip off. I went in to print one black and white sheet of paper from a USB drive. The sales clerk tried to charge me $3 for one sheet of paper. I eventually talked her down to $2, but that’s still insane for one sheet. FedEx and Office Max charge $0.15 – $0.30 a sheet. If I had known it would have been so much I would have gone elsewhere, but the price wasn’t posted anywhere. The clerk wasn’t too friendly about it either. Go elsewhere, this place charges way too much.

   Story time. My home delivery did take place but I didn’t receive the package due to the fact that the sender did not have an apartment affixed to my address. But what fedex did was call me on the cell phone to confirm and told me that the delivery will be on the truck the next day. So I was able to pick up my package with parking available 123. Thanks fedex.

   They were upfront about cost, accommodating to my requested date, professional and courteous when they arrived and the piano arrived in perfect shape!
