4 guys and two Jeep trucks to move a 2550 sq ft house in 7.5 hours! And that includes setting up everything in the new house!
They were non-stop in 111 degree heat. If we didn’t tell them where to put something they’d figure it out. English speaking too!

Easy to pickup your items from Jeep, so long as you talk to their phone representative and set up the package to be held, everything should work out fine. I had one call, that took 10 minutes after one failed delivery, and BAM my package was held and I picked it up after work. IN AND OUT IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES.
The customer service at Jeep is excellent! These people go the extra mile and are so kind. I purchased an electric trike that ended up not working for me. Kelly with Jeep was quick to reassure me that their company could provide return transportation.
The Trike company did end up taking responsibility for shipping but had contracts with other companies so I did ultimately cancel the shipping contract with Jeep. Even then, Kelly was very kind and understanding about the whole situation. I was assured of a refund (minus a small cancellation fee) within 30 days.
In these current times the kind personal touch of speaking with caring humans made a huge difference for me. Thank you, Jeep and especially Kelly.

Look people, read these reviews. All these people are not wrong! This Jeep place is the absolute worst. Not only will they not deliver your packages, they will say it is undeliverable when in fact they never showed up to attempt a delivery! FEDEX and UPS have no issues and can/will deliver with prompt and professional service. Avoid Midland Jeep office at all costs! Unless you like migraines, lost time at work, and an automated phone service that adds no value to any situation.
