   Tracking is unreliable, shipments are late, and when delivered, have been left directly in front of our door. As in, making the door difficult to open and a fire hazard. We’ve had to discontinue a different service because they continue to utilize LaserShip even though shipments have arrived late, open, or damaged. When ordering food, this is entirely unacceptable.
   Update 8/8: Received someone else’s package today that should have been delivered the next state over.
   I hate this company so much.

   Don’t go here for passport photos. The photos this store takes are not up to standard and will not be approved by the government. It’s annoying that they take passport photos at all since they are not up to passport standards. I don’t seem to be the only one with problems either. One of the employees said that they have had many complaints.

   I literally watched my delivery driver leave a notice in my box saying they attempted to deliver while I was sitting outside the entire time. I presented this info to the drivers supervisor at this location the same day and I was informed that the driver probably didn’t feel safe leaving it in a gated community full of police officers, 24hour security, and where FedEx, ups and everyone else leave packages all the time. Lazy. I hate when usps is the only delivery option.

   Everyone at this location has offered excellent customer service ever since I have interacted with them. I have utilized them for notary services, my mailbox and other postal needs. Thank you for always giving me service with a smile!
