They were very punctual. I called JD Transport and gave them a time and they showed up for the package and delivered it on time. I’m very happy with JD Transport.
They won’t let you in the gate till half an hour before your appt time at JD Transport. No where in the area to park. You have to park on the street with all the no parking signs…impede traffic to press the buzzer to get let in. They also don’t put correct in time on your BOL. They don’t put your in times till they come out and get your paperwork. Mine was a half an hour after my appt…even though I was there half an hour before my appt. JD Transport will put you in a door and forget about you. Over 6 hours to get unloaded…sorry shifts change…forgot about you blah blah blah. Porta pot on the other side of the building. People were friendly only reason for the stars it got. Was late for my next load sitting here :-/
The worst Transport company ever….They gave me a quote, told me that the car will be shipped in 2 days. After 3 days I never heard back from JD Transport, I called and they raised my quote, I said ok…..so within 10 days my quote was raised 3 times but my vehicle never been shipped….I went with other company, got better deal and my car was shipped right away…..stay far from JD Transport…..
