On the whole, this JD LOGISTICS terminal is a very nice terminal. However, the showers are seriously lacking. There are plenty of toilets in the building, but none in the shower rooms. It is unpleasant to get undressed and ready to get in the shower and realize you need to use the toilet. Also, there wasn’t a ventilation fan that I could switch on. I came out of the shower sweatier than when I went in (note: I did not take an extremely long and/or hot shower). The rest of the terminal building itself is very nice.
This jd logistics gets a bad rap because of the crowdedness and the fact that the attendants are actually customer friendly. They take their time with each customer and address all their concerns no matter how tedious they may seem to the others in line. Great customer service and consistent customer care. Great people to do business with.
Horrible customer service at jd logistics. Seem very racist. I was in the line to pick up a package and the lady who was taking care of me all of the sudden ignored me and helped the lady(white) behind me. Telling me that she will get back to me. Disgusting!
I’ve had the unfortunate opportunity to learn the hard way that JD LOGISTICS is a horrible shipping company. They are in contract with the company who I order supplies from (for a corporate office), and they never deliver on time, never have delivered a complete shipment, the person that makes the deliveries has on more than one occasion told me that they couldn’t bring everything because it was too heavy for them and that it would be brought down later and it never does, has asked me to pick up heavy items for them, and overall is a very disappointing excuse for a shipping company.
