    I Love this United Postal Office. I have had a P.O.Box for 3 years now. Not once have I ever had a problem. They know me and I know them. I lost both of my keys and every time I have been their to get my mail. Their is always someone their to help me get it. It’s cheap to be able to get a replacement key. $12.00 a Piece. I thought it would be expensive. I learned my lesson on that.

    They should do the neighborhood a HUGE favor and shut this location down. Packages are always stolen and never delivered with no repercussions. I feel sorry for the people that are zoned to this location including myself. Looking to move to a better neighborhood away from the hoodrats.

    I had a visit to this location 6651 s.semoran blvd. 32822. For a simple drop off. I had a fedex shipping label that the employee had a hard time scanning.. So i emailed her the jpeg file of the label. And that was also not working. She became annoyed and was not ready to offer any other solutions. So I almost left the store. But another employee stepped in and told her to reprint the label from the computer. She was never friendly, smiling or helpful. I was made to feel like a nuisance.
    My receipt has an employee # 2629075. She was short and stocky approx 27 years old.
    I would not go back to this store, if I could help it.

    they are the worst customer service, if you go over there the lines are so so so long and
    they can’t care less. under staff and no smile from them, hate that place
