    Terrible company . £10 down the toilet.
    Ordered a parcel for collection for Friday. Get a lovely email on Wednesday (two days early) saying collection has failed. Spoke to a chat operator. Waited 30 minutes for them to investigate. Told me: ‘shucks, well sometimes they just try and collect early, don’t they?’. Given reassurance they would come on Friday. Didn’t trust this advice so spoke to another operator the next day. Told me the same thing. Friday comes around. No-one shows up. Hermes confirmed that Parcel2go gave them the wrong collection date. Yipeee!!!

    Really bad service. Waiting the parcel that never turned up. The driver left a card because he didn’t find any one to collect the parcel and it’s a lie. Trying to get in touch with depo and driver but it’s quite impossible. Really disappointed!

    They are a dishonest company. They do not want to provide me with my customs declaration number and wants to change me extra for the number. Additionally, when your package is lost on their end they expect you to let it slide.

    Rounak and Surya did a good job moving our items. They took their time to ensure no damages were caused as our house is brand new it was one of my biggest concern.

    I bought an item from amazon on the 1st May it’s now 23rd May still not delivered. This item is from the uk with a delivery date of between 13th 16th May .
    Also bought item which came from Germany in five days from ordering . I have been in touch with seller who says it with Tuffnells their telling him it’s on route . I have been in touch with Tuffnells got told it’s in warehouse ready to go / it’s being delivered today lorry broken down we cannot get to it until lorry has been repaired and sent back to us you will have to wait . Why was another lorry not sent to recover parcels out of back of lorry ? Not just my parcels it’s not good business in this climate that your letting smaller business down In this way . I have sent emails to email address on your site and a robot could of written it no sorry just you can track n trace Mr White it’s not good enough do more !!!!
