I ordered some pajamas for a boy over a week ago. I can’t find an order number or tracking number and have had no information from JCrew. How do I find out when my package will arrive? Emily Eichman
Pathetic excuse for a professional service provider, I can’t even complain that their customer service is terrible, because I haven’t been able to receive any service whatsoever!
After 5 days Couriers Please have not even collected the parcel I have booked in with them. I’ve had a staff member contact them twice during the week, and finally stepped in personally to attempt to get the issues resolved, and found that not only did I not manage to speak to a human being, but the automated system simply directed me to try online and then terminated my call.
An absolute waste of time.
Delivery staff bad attitude, they don’t bother to wait for receiving, just horns in front house and throwing notes to ask collect from office….
I wish I could give these wonderful people TEN star. We chose this company because they gave us a very reasonable quote compared to many other companies.
When the morning came for us to move we were greeted by two wonderful men, Junior and Mo, they are very cheerful and friendly men who do everything for you, all you do is point them to your rooms and they take over everything, you don’t have to worry about anything they do it all. The only thing you should do is offer them a hot drink and stand back and relax, and watch the wonderful way they work. I suggest every one contact Tim and ask for a quotation and you won’t get a better service. Please be advised I don’t think anyone could do a better job, we are very pleased with the work they have done for us.
All I can say now is a very BIG THANK YOU for the very well done service you gave us Tim, Junior, and Mo again thank you very much Mr and Mrs C
