Liars, that’s all they are. J.B. Hunt Transport lies about every prospect of the load. Every negative review here is 100% accurate. If you’re a customer looking to ship with this company, don’t. This is bottom of the barrel quality. There are much better companies out there.
Move went well just took longer than desired to get our items. We had boxes and packing paper from prior J.B. Hunt Transport move that was not used. These were pointed out to packers but mostly not used and two dish pack boxes full of our used packing paper were added to our load raising the weight. We had to dispose of these in our new home. Overall, the move went well now that we are on the other side. They did take care to guard our items to prevent damage in transport.
This was the best moving experience I have ever had! From the J.B. Hunt Transport office communication to the actual move out/move in, there were zero issues!! Donte and his team were AWESOME!!! Cannot say enough good things about them!! Highly recommend Donte and team! They were the best of the best!!!!!
Sent a package to my granddaughter on her birthday and couldn’t be delivered due to owed postage. I am sure I paid all postage from my location. J.B. Hunt Transport left a note with re-delivery info but websites not responding, and they will not answer the phone. USPS in Lake Jackson TX answers after only two rings and cities are about the same size.
