Came to purchase stamps at Italy Post to send off 2 envelopes and I got in line because I saw 3 employees and only 1 customer, after waiting for some minutes, I just asked if the machine outside was working and decided to go there instead. It was ridiculous that there were 3 employees and I stood there for at least 5 minutes, and no one even acknowledged me or said they would be there shortly.
We just used Italy Post for a move from Charlotte NC to Bluffton SC. We are so happy with their service. They showed up on time, were very careful with all of our possessions. They responded quickly to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Italy Post!
Would give it zero if possible. About a month ago I ordered some headphones and paid 2 day delivery from Italy Post, and I would have gotten them but for some reason it said the truck was on route for delivery for 2 days!!! I just ordered a speaker about a week and a half ago and same thing, it’s been 4 days since the delivery on route status appeared.
A certain Ms Sims at Italy Post was able to track down a package of mine that was missing the address by using the tracking number, and then stuck my address on it… I received the package today!!! She needs to get a raise for sure.
We had a VERY bad experience with Italy Post and now they are refusing to pay for ALL the damages they did!! They put a hole in our ceiling and major holes in our walls trying to get our couch in here! DON’T USE THEM.
