    **Update: the owner of the company did reach out regarding our concerns and came to inspect the damage to the property and bring us some boxes. He still failed to be apologetic at all of how terrible the move was, but did attempt to make things right in paying for the damages and bringing us some supplies. I truly hope this is a one-off for Integrity, as they have been quality in the past.**
    First, let me preface this by saying that this review is in no way a reflection of the two amazing movers that Integrity sent to our home. I have literally never seen two people work as hard as that two-man crew in my life.
    Therein lies my first issue with Integrity. We moved from a 2500 square foot 4-bedroom home to a 2500 square foot 4 bedroom home. We have a LOT of stuff (huge home gym, piano, giant dining room table, etc.) Integrity quoted us 11 hours of labor for a 4-man crew and two trucks. Much to our shock and dismay, on moving day, only two men and one truck showed up. The said the rest of the crew had unexpectedly called out that morning. We did everything we could to make the job easier on them – allowing them to back right up on the lawn to the front door, running out to grab them drinks and lunch, and even helping to move a few things once we got to the second location. Those guys worked like dogs the entire day. We called Integrity about 2 hours into the move to express our concern for them. Given that it was a 95 degree day with 100% humidity, we were honestly concerned for their welfare. Integrity told us they’d look into it and call us back. They never did.
    Therein lies my second issue with Integrity – communication. Aside from the lack of that call back, we also had a problem with the fact that we had initially had them quote for packing services. We contacted them several weeks before the move to say we decided to pack ourselves to save a bit of money. I had written confirmation that these services were cancelled. Much to my shock and dismay, I got a call on the scheduled packing day to confirm my address. Luckily Integrity hadn’t put it on the paperwork for the crew, and I was able to tell them they weren’t needed. Still I felt horrible that they may have been depending on that money and was confused why Integrity hadn’t canceled them when I had let them know several weeks in advance.
    The last issue that I have is Integrity’s supposed Covid protocol. Moving during a pandemic is especially stressful, but we were reassured that Integrity’s quote had detailed guidelines for both the client and crew. It should have been a red flag to me that the quoting manager seemed wholely unable to keep his mask covering both his mouth and nose simultaneously when he came out, but since we had used Integrity multiple times in the past, we moved forward with them. Lo and behold on moving day, other than not coming to work if sick, none of the protocols were followed (gloves, masks, asking for designated bathroom, instructing them and them vacating the space). Due to the fact that it was a two man crew on the hottest day of the year, we didn’t have the heart to force them to mask and glove up – but we as homeowners should not have been put in the position of policing that.
    We are truly saddened to have to write this review. Integrity has clearly gone dramatically downhill since we last used them in 2016. Hopefully this write up saves others like us some potential frustration, and also serves as a nudge for Integrity to live up to their name and get back to the good service they used to provide.
