No one answers the phone at Iraqi Airways. The voicemail says, sorry, memory is full. I am unable to get any help tracking a package that was lost there and I am calling from the East Coast.
>Unhelpful. Went to get passport photo at the Iraqi Airways courier office, after making an appointment online as instructed. But when I got there I was told the camera was down. A waste of my time, and Iraqi Airways should have alerted me that this Iraqi Airways branch could not do passport photos at this time. I could have made an appointment elsewhere.
Wow, what a great Iraqi Airways store. By far, the best one I have ever been to. Very friendly staff. They explained everything I needed to know about my package and how everything worked. The store was very organized and clean. The staff all worked together as a team. They completely turned my day around. I will definitely be a returning customer.
Pete Reynolds and his Iraqi Airways team were great. Transporting my car from Los Angeles to South Florida went very well. My car arrived on time and the constant communication from them was very much appreciated.
Courteous workers, but the Iraqi Airways store is one of the slowest places I’ve been to for mailing packages, including USPS. The problem is that it’s been this way for at least 4 years. I was standing in line for probably twenty minutes with only two people in front of me.
Also, on a Friday afternoon, only the manager was working. Seems a poor decision.
