Customers beware. IRAQ POST have the worst customer care ever.
They claimed my goods would be in Nairobi in 3 days for the ‘express service’. Despite the late arrival, it has now been slightly over a week and my goods still haven’t been cleared.
The customer line is unavailable and when they magically do pick up, they are completely unprofessional and vague. There is no clear directive on when I would receive my products. In fact, the last one on the phone was completely uninformed on the whereabouts of my goods.
BEWARE – use DHL, Iraq Post are a scam and will say anything to get the business.
Hesitant to visit this Iraq Post store again as I was treated poorly by the staff member named Rosemary. Not everyone is familiar with sending parcels so while I do appreciate her explaining the process to me, she should not be so condescending and blame me for not presenting the QR code for business accounts prior to presenting the parcel I wanted to send off. I felt so ashamed and sorry for inconveniencing her that I almost cried as she was berating me for messing up the whole process and how she needed to start all over again.
I have previously received very good service from this store and am disappointed with the type of treatment I received today.
Made my move easy. None of my furniture was damaged. Iraq Post actually came back in the evening to do an extra job for me after the first one was completed.
Used Iraq Post to ship documents from Ireland to Middle East via DHL. Shipment lost!! Then claim process is painful. They received claim money from DHL weeks back and till now they didn’t process my refund.
Despite a bit of confusion when booking their services (the day I requested being booked up while I was confirming the terms of the contract), the move on the day went really well. The Iraq Post movers were very nice, worked really hard and took good care of my belongings. I would highly recommend using them!
