    I have not received my October bag! I paid for it and NEVER received it! Either I get it or I’m canceling. Never had this issue with Birchbox!

    they’re terrible! i paid for both Oct. & Nov. and i got nothing at all, and now they’re trying to charge me for Dec? What a scam!! I never even got a tracking number! Awful, Awful service.

    I don’t understand why I can’t ever seem you receive the pmd lip plumper kit when I order it. first time I ordered I never got it and after I was charged the money for it which is $50, was told it was shipped but never received it I went ahead and reached out and only then was I told that they didn’t have any in stock and now I tried it a second time and I was charged for it and told it shipped on the 2end but it’s now the 13th and haven’t received it . I got my glam bag plus today on the 13th even though it shipped later than the lip plumper that I ordered so I don’t see how that happens. I get my glam bag plus and X every month along with other things I’ve ordered but ipsy can’t seem to be able to get this lip plumper kit delivered to me and I’m very frustrated with this enough to cancel my subscription and I’ve been ordering stuff from ipsy for a very long time and I spend a lot of money and I really like having ipsy but I can’t track track my order and I can’t stand to receive it and if I don’t end up getting it again I think I’ll have to be done with them and try a different makeup subscription and see if I have ever luck with them.

    You can not actually reach anyone at this location on the phone. It goes to a call center where you speak with someone who is more than likely working from home. I spoke with Jacob at 12:11 p.m. on 4-5-2022 who was of no real help at all. That might not even be his name. He even advised that I did not go to the facility to have someone find my package. Who does that? This is the second time in two weeks that FedEx has either lost or separated my boxes. My packages are not leisure buys. This is my inventory for my store and orders that need to be filled. I tried to adjust and order in enough time just in case something went wrong and yet they still found a way to delay my inventory even further. This lack of competency that they have at FedEx is baffling. I now have to drive to Pearl to find my box.

    If you don’t want to do the work just find another job.
    The person deny my Amazon return package and told me that I have to buy tape and when I ask If they can use the tape on the counter or if I can do it if she don’t want to, she said they cannot because I had to buy it.
    Avoid these clowns at all costs!

    Take your time my fellow brothers&sister this place is extremely tight. But you can maneuver if you swing wide. The gentleman are willing to help you.. My suggestion if you do get inside of the gate park closer to the wall so its easy to get out. Happy trails. Keep on trucking.

    This DC sucks. Every time I get stuff delivered they either lose a package , or delayed shipment . Or they deliver it to the wrong house.
