   I am giving the company a 5 start because I am highly impressed with the job rendered by Sherry and Cliff. They were fast and moved all my furniture and belongings in a professional manner. (I will recommend this company but read along to fully understand how they charge, so you won’t be a victim of the surprising total bill like individuals in previous feedback).
   Moreover, I understand the reason people give poor feedback because I read through previous feedback dating years back. Based on the receipt given to me post move. I believe the company needs to make customers aware that the move has to be 3 hours minimum which can impact on your final bill. Also, make customers aware of all extra charges that will reflect in the totaled price charged and were not in the initial quotes.
   Extra charges like Fuel surcharged and so many more; Those extra charges can increasingly make an impact on the final total if they have to drive the truck far away from the moving spot, my moving destination was less than 4 min away from the apartment and I was charged $10 for gas; I can’t imagine how much they will charge if they had to drive about 20 min to get to the destination.
   Overall, I love this company and will certainly use them again now that I know how the company charges.

   Dissatisfied. I had a package arriving for an express Saturday delivery. Waited all morning beside my door for the package and the FedEx driver never showed but put into the system that they had “attempted to deliver” which was a flat out lie. They never came to deliver it, obviously no note left on door since they never came, no attempt whatsoever… I then had to rush to the store because they close at 1 on Saturday’s and luckily I was helped by a lovely woman who was able to get me my package. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the driver at this location, the office staff were great.
