Excellent service. Delivery arrived as expected without any problems. Overall could not fault. Would definitely use again and recommend.
Unprofessional service. Expects customer to collect the packages from their office and home delivery is denied for petty reasons. While services like Blue Dart, Amazon and DTPC can deliver at the doorstep, only Professional courier services have issues like delivery guy being already on another route, delivery address not along the main road and all. While the request seemed reasonable during the initial days of the pandemic, the service provider seems to have taken unfair advantage of the situation asking the customers to collect the packages even today and have forgotten the fact that the price paid by the sender is inclusive of all costs to deliver AT the address and not the other way.
They made it so easy, and when I mention their prices to others who have used other moving services, Piece of Cake wins. They also move things and your furniture with care.
Our neighbours hired this company to move them into our residential complex. When they arrived, their truck blocked several garages (without notice to the neighbours). This was not the fault of the company. However, when one of the residents asked the company to move the truck (having provided the Adam’s driver 60 minutes notice they would need to have access to their garage to attend a pre-scheduled appointment), their driver was extremely rude. Cursing and swearing at the neighbour. This was not acceptable or professional behaviour. If you want to make a poor impression on your new Neighbourhood, maybe consider this company.
We further emailed the company to demand an apology, but they did not even have the courtesy to respond. They have been informed they are not welcomed back into our community, if their staff cannot behave in a respectable and non-threatening manner.
They also damaged several trees maneuvering their truck into the small courtyard.
