    Recently scheduled a move from Louisiana to Florida. Booked these movers 2 weeks in advance. Was told the Est arrival time will be between 4p & 5p the day of the move. 5p no one is here so i called. Person who answered said they were unloading at another place and would come my way within an hour…..6p nothing, 7p nothing 8p nothing….8:30p a lady and three teenagers showed up to my house to move/load a 3 bedroom home and the lady complained the entire time. The kids had no idea what to do and had I not helped and tried to see what was going on im sure more things that what got damaged would have been a lot more. Brand new furniture broken, dented, banged, legs broken off, handles broken off desk, dining table was placed against another piece that had screws so not my 1,000 dollar table has several screw holes in the top of it. The worst experience i have ever seen or witnessed. Would not recommend them to anyone!!

    SOS Movers did an amazing job moving me into my new place. My old and new place both had stairs and tricky entryways, and the 2 person team that came out for me (Bekah + Rustam) did an incredible job with it. Thank you again! Definitely recommend

    Appalling service. My parcel has been in Australia for a month now and I’ve received no updates.
    Called them myself 10 times in 2 weeks just to be greeted by customer service representatives who have no idea what they’re doing.
    After being on hold for an hour and when I asked if I could speak to a supervisor they ended the call on me!
    I’ve emailed them numerous times as well and received no response.
    It’s so frustrating being on hold for 50 mins every call just to be told that we will contact you in 24 hours with an update but its been more than 5 days and I’ve received no response.
    I needed my parcel as it was ordered for a specific occasion and now that it’s not here I’ll have to go out of my way and find alternatives.
    I definitely will not be using this service again!
