    I have to say that over the past 3-4 months the service has been first class…..drivers are polite and helpful….heck they even attempted to deliver twice on the same day THEN delivered it the following day…..my bad for not being home on the first day….that is exceptional service….Great company and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them..

    Package was left in our mail room instead of delivering to our house. Lucky someone in the mail room delivered it to our porch. Anyone could have picked up the package and taken it.

    I’m a believer that outstanding and dedicated employees be recognized for their service.
    I receive regular deliveries from Amazon.ca through your delivery services. The products I receive are of all sizes and weighs and varied packaging. I’m happy to state all received undamaged.

    But the reasons for this letter are first: to acknowledge the route delivery driver (whose first name I’d appreciate for a Christmas Card), that attends my address

    And second, the Staff involved with the Company Logistics’ Departments.

    I have a note on my door to leave all packages in the deck box and yet they still don’t do, I live on a busy highway and when they just drop it at the door it is highly visible. How do I get your delivery persons to use the deck box. I order all the time.

    April 16-04-21 @ 20:10 hours: read email advising parcel delivery with tracking # INTLCMB660231457 AT 19:16 hours
    found large envelope in mailbox but there was nothing in the package and there was a large slit in the side. Checked all around
    front entry but nothing was found.
    What do you suggest I do?
    At this time (21:17 hours) on a Friday night, there is no way of tracing which was the actual carrier here, in Kamloops, BC V2E2S4.

    I would like a coordinator or the superior of the delivery man who came to the Pavillon SékoÏa (private residence for seniors) this morning.

    To deliver a package to Mrs. Lise Asselin from Lévis, QC. Ref number: 43089336.

    The attitude of this young man as a delivery man is unacceptable. He did not respect our instructions which are posted at the entrance of the residence and he did not leave the package in person with the lady in question. He parked his little white van in the same place where it is forbidden to park.

    I would like someone from Intelcom Courier to phone me about this, because otherwise, and on their next visit, they will not be accepted at the Sékoïa Pavilion.

    Hi,
    I ordered some items from Amazon. The tracking number is INTLCMB878320282

    When I enter the tracking number, I see that the last event logged was 5 days ago (on Sunday June 27) in St-Hyacinthe.
    Usually, once a package is at that destination, it is delivered to my home (in Boucherville) the next day.
    I did not received the package yet.

    Please advise. Was the package lost? Should I cancel the order?

    I am hoping to have my parcel as stated to be here on the 18th of August. Last updated notice on tracking was on Tuesday the 17th of august now then was suppose to be here on the 20th on my sons birthday? This was his birthday wish gift as he is autistic and now I have to disappoint him on his birthday tomorrow on the 20th of august that his birthday is a no show and now I’m in scrambles to find the one he wants as no stores have this item as it is now out of season or I have to order online this will be a very sad day if it’s not here tomorrow for this boy last traced left MNT hope ont facilities on Tuesday and I’m 1 hr away

    Your Intelcom Courier drivers are regularly in our park and the speed limit is 15 km per hour. As a senior mobile home park we walk and a number of folks have golf carts. Please inform your drivers again as I have commented numerous times that they fly through this park. We are not a race track or the 400 series of highways, our roads are one lane traffic.

    The intercom truck has passed down the street at my house. no stops for my package since Oct 17. According to the tracking, my package was to be delivered at 17.49 today.

    Please provide me an update – I did NOT get the items ordered and I have not got a refund. ?????

    tracking id: INTLCMC219916275 – for 3 orders a message left that stated “Unfortunately a problem occurred during shipping and we had to cancel your delivery. The package is being returned, and we will issue a refund within 3-5 business day after the return is processed. We are very sorry for the inconvenience”

    I was told my package would be picked up on the 23 of April , it was not. There was very poor notice as to time or entrance ! The number is never answered. I do not find a tracking number!

    This is the worst company I’ve dealt with. My return package should have been picked up on july 11. On my fifth call, I was told that they are super busy and that they won’t be able to pick up my return package from amazon. I have to find other means for my package to reach amazon.

    None of the promised rescheduled dates from Intelcom materialized. Very POOR customer service.

    I just buzzed the Intelcom driver into my apt bldg. He knew my buzzer code because it is provided on the delivery label, along with the instruction that says Do not leave in lobby. This is not the first time my package was brought to my door (I am disabled) by a neighbour rather than the delivery person. Please instruct your delivery drivers to leave the packages at the door. NOT the lobby of apt bldgs. Especially when I have buzzed them in (meaning they have read the label)

    Eighth Time intelcom drivers have left package in Apt Lobby. There were two other customer parcels left there also. This is not a safe drop, there are signs on door ane by mailbox. Every other delivery service takes to apt door. What is wrong can your driver?
