    Piss poor customer service (at best) from InPost Parcel. Hold times are forever, nobody answers the phone, no resolutions can be made without talking to a human, and if I ever find out a retailer uses InPost Parcel ever again, anywhere, I will immediately cancel my order. This has been one of the worst, if not THE worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. All these supposed attempts were made, yet no delivery truck ever showed up and no package was in my mail box or at my door. Nobody tried to call me. None of my emails were answered. And I just now read that after 3 attempts InPost Parcel will dispose of the package.

    There’s not an option for zero stars! I told the representative at InPost Parcel, Jayce, clerk #5, that I needed a shipping method that would confirm delivery of a package I was returning to China for a credit. Well, he sold me a shipping method that didn’t. The recipient hasn’t confirmed delivery, so I lost $250.00. Know exactly what you need before you step foot in this place. Later post: another incident has taken place; they failed to deliver my mail to me as well.

    If I could give a negative one I would! My friend sent me a package overnight through InPost Parcel and 3 days later I still do not have it! I called the customer service number who called this office and was told it was not delivered and we had 30 minutes to come pick it up and we were 45 minutes away. When I called the number he hung up on me!!!!!! I called back and he would not answer the phone. Now I have to drive there in the morning to get my package! I will never use INPOST PARCEL again. I would advise if you need something delivered overnight use UPS or USPS, InPost Parcel is AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!
