   Severely understaffed. If you are 5th in line plan on 35-45 minutes. I often come in and turn right around. I always have my boxes packed and labels already printed. They need an express line for drop off customers. Just scan and go. Prime time 1100 in the morning and 1 staff member…

   Horrible experience! I do not recommend!!
   First they quoted me 4,772.88 to pack, load, move, store 2 store 2-months, and unload a 2 bd house. Then the actual price was closer to 9,000!!! The packers told my soon to be ex husband, “Don’t worry Sir, we will screw her with the price!” Are you kidding me?????? Now I’m having problems with people getting back to me for deliver!
   This company is HORRIBLE!! Do not use!!

   Do not use. Some crew members were friendly and worked while others were mostly on their phones. They spoke to each other in their native tongue which is fine until we learned from a neighbor who spoke the same language that they were mocking me and my wife. She scolded them for what they said and for being lazy. My company paid for the service up to a certain amount and in order to stay within budget we worked our butts off with the workers to get the truck loaded in a good amount of time. We even provided lunch for the workers. At our destination, the local movers were phenominal and again with our help we unloaded the truck very quickly. After calculating the total cost with Matt, the owner, it was determined that we came in $800 under budget and were owed a refund from our pre-payment. Talked to Matt and he said he would get right on it. Nothing happened. Followed up after a month and Matt said he was sorry and would get the check sent. Nothing happened. Followed up again and was promised the check would get sent. Still Nothing. Offered to pick it up. Nothing. Was promised yet again and still nothing. Now 7 months later, Matt ignores my calls and texts. Spoke with my company who was the payee. Seems like the only way to get the refund is to take them to court. I call this theft. Very un-professional. Have heard others have had numerous problems. If Matt wasnt dishonest, might have gotten a better review even after the crews needing their butts chewed from my neighbor.

   This is without question one of the best UPS store in the city. I’m in their at least 4 times a week Gary is always super helpful. Employee’s like Gary is why businesses are so successful.

   Great experience,
   The guys were on time, wrapped all of our things to prevent any furniture dents, they finished earlier than planned, good work ethic, we would recommend them to anyone!
