   While working, please switch off the music when trying to communicate with your customer. The whole process is yelling and shouting. And don’t have the intention for lowering the volume to help at all. They even sing along.
   Is this a bloody office or karaoke?
   Trying to send a parcel. Only yelling cannot accept manually, go facebook and wechat. My god, mentioning these 2 doesn’t help at all. Their app is not even working how to send? Seriously, the basic service attitude is not even there.
   Wasted half an hour there just to send it out through them. I ended up have to go some other courier service to send out my parcel.
   Please reconsider if you want yell and shout during their KARAOKE SESSION DURING BUSINESS HOURS

   Very poor service nz post . I have cameras fitted at my place . They say they came for delivery but Never did as I was there whole day . When you call them I think they are trained to make up stories.

   Fully computerized service available for indian post. Staff is good enough for work load. All kind of government exams fees are allowed to pay by indian post money transfer. Service is good. Some times it was Over crowded but convenient at all. parking issue are major problem.

   Never actually open! Have gone 3 separate times now during the opening hours stated on the website to always be told theyve closed early!
