To the management at Eagle Transgroup: you have an incredible asset and superior leader in Theresa Santos. She didn’t stop until the job was done….and done right! She guided her team effortlessly and is a wonderful ambassador of your company! Couldn’t have asked for a better move for my final PCS!

Greatest moving experience ever! John and Michael were excellent. They were on time and very professional. They prepped and moved everything very quickly and handled everything with care. They moved everything into the new house very quickly. They were prepared for the rain that was forecast during the move. The booking was simple and the costs for the move were straight forward and were very fair. Overall my wife and I are very happy with choosing Einstein Moving and would absolutely recommend you use them. You will be glad you did!

Not sure if this a management issue, or what… In the 18 months I’ve lived here, certified mail has been lost, packages get reported as delivered when they’re not, and I receive my neighbor’s mail. So keep in mind that when you choose USPS as your carrier, they consider “attempted delivery” as loading it in their USPS van and driving around town all day. It has NOTHING to do with actually walking the parcel up to your door and ringing/knocking. Nope. So when they don’t get to you that day, all those email/text notifications you got prior to that stating you’d receive the package mean nothing. If you stayed home to receive the package, too bad. They couldn’t manage their business wisely enough to do what they said they would and were paid to do. And to save face, they report back to the shipping customer as though they literally attempted delivery, because they believe carrying the package in a USPS vehicle qualifies that report. If that were true, hasn’t the package been “attempted to be delivered” since it was put on the first truck when it left the shipper? What is the difference? The difference is a gray area USPS utilizes to save face in hopes the end customer doesn’t cry bull$hit and let others know USPS has a deep rooted integrity and competency issue, reflected in their slow and steady decline. Could the USPS report back to the shipper that they ran out of time and couldn’t deliver? Yes. Could they report the same to the purchasing customer? Yes. But no. Let’s lie and report that it was attempted to be delivered. Oh! And try calling in to resolve a problem. I’ve been on hold literally 64 minutes.

Not sure the company cares, given the other reviews. Never heard from them the day before. Said they didn’t have the correct number, but the driver did. They were supposed to call the day before, then also 30 minutes before arrival. A computer called 10 minutes before. No personal contact. Called the company. Said they’d call me back. Never did. The driver was nice. So it’s not the delivery guys, just the personnel at cbc. They tried to justify their gross incompetence with excuses.
