One of the worst freight companies, don’t deliver on time, keep rescheduling, they tend to lose track of shipments. If you are getting merchandise from somewhere, make sure if you have a choice, chose another company
The customer rep that works at this store is the best…he is always friendly & efficient and doesn’t complain when I bring in my Prime returns right before closing
The best of the best bar none. They handle anything critical including Central Blood Bank of Pittsburgh & every aspect of rush delivery, logistics & Bill of Laden from Airpirts. When it absolutely has to get there.

If I could give 0 stars that’s what they would get, an apparently it’s a regular thing for this post office to put in the system it’s delivered and it’s not after reading other reviews. Same thing happened to me, all the way down to the Alan guy which is the manager being a big Doof!
Both the lady who works the front and the female supervisor are nothing but rude, semi-literate GED holders… I’m guessing the lack of income due to letter postage dropping off is making it hard for the postal service to hire and pay good people…. Shame, really
Absolute WORST waste of our tax dollars!!! My mail is constantly being delivered to the wrong apartment. I also had to have a temporary change of address for 4 months and 2 ½ months have gone by and they are STILL cramming 90% of my mail into a tiny box at the WRONG address!!! You can’t call them because they NEVER answer the phone! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!
