I go to the ILG Courier in celebration so I don’t have to deal with these people. Too many issues at this location to point out. Everyone should be fired and should work in jobs away from direct customer contact.

This store has stolen my Amazon return:
1. The guy who spoke to me on phone wasn’t friendly enough to ask even the details to triage the situation
2. The scanned copy they had given me never listed my product (it’s my mistake I am not educated enough to read a 15 digit alphanumeric on a return receipt to realize which item it belongs to)
3. I dropped three items that night, two with a label scanned from my phone which are on their way to return. 3rd item was a huge box of its own ($250) the guy scanned a label on the box and my mistake I trusted him.
The guy who spoke to me on phone refuses to even check if ILG Courier has that box sitting in their office if it’s not scanned right. So my conclusion is they deliberately scan wrong things in front of you and steal those products instead of returning them to Amazon!
I know Amazon neither these guys at ILG Courier are gonna act responsible to solve my problem. I just hate to say this store is so useless. Next time I won’t do a drop off trying to save planet/truck traffic etc. I would seldom use or recommend this ILG Courier store and whoever stole my product you guys please rot in hell for doing so!!
Hello, tell me how to receive the parcel if it has no track for tracking, it arrived from Kaliningrad to Minsk and everything has already been paid for, all that remains is to wait for the courier?
