A NIGHTMARE every time I am forced to us USPS. Does anyone wonder why the USPS has financial problems? If so just visit this location. There is ZERO things good about this location.

I’ve used moving services in the past and Luke’s exceeded my expectations. Very friendly and professional when I booked. Moving day, movers were there right on time and were courteous, efficient, focused on their job and didn’t waste time. Good prices, I highly recommend them.
I’ve had many many moves before, but none have come close to Transparent for my international move. They were knowledgeable and honest, very upfront about fees and things. Very good quality company and people/movers. 10 stars.

Service has indeed improved since my initial posting. In particular there have been no more misplaced packages. Customer service has improved by the hiring of new and consistent staff members. I would specifically like to name Lexi and Ashley for always contacting us and providing help with box loading. Customer Service has not declined even in the face of The current pandemic that we are experiencing. The staff really makes this place worth it.

I’ve been a customer since 2012 but in the last 3 years service has declined. I order a lot from Amazon and use the store address because someone is always there but at time my parcels will show a delivered status and I don’t receive them until days later, some times the “green package” card isn’t in my box and I’ll have to ask the clerk if I actually have a package because Amazon stated the package was delivered and lo and behold I actually have a package. This has happened more times than I’m comfortable with because I’m actually paying for the box.
I Then one time the current manager thought my bill was due and had the nerve to holler out “your box is due” in front of other customers even though it wasn’t due that day and I do indeed pay late but I always pay my arrears and have had this arrangement for years, thought it was okay especially since I have to help them find my packages. In short the customer service has declined in this store location greatly to a very unprofessional level…
Fantastic service! We were in a bind when our unloading help fell through; Rosco got our truck unloaded quickly and without any issues. They are polite, professional, and efficient. I would recommend Rosco to anyone!!
