    The drivers just kind of do what they want…
    This is what I was told at the IFL International office, when I went to inquire about why I had not received mail in over a week…Many others from my neighborhood have complained to the office about this, with no resolution. The IFL International office tells people it is due their vehicles getting stuck in the snow…there has been no snow in 10 days, and the temps have been in the 40’s..on top of keeping my mailbox clear of snow when its present..
    The office staff are friendly, though they were quick to try to get me out and stop asking questions.. Unfortunately, the office is fully aware of driver issues and not willing to do anything.
    I wish I could have more empathy and say this was because of IFL International struggling recently, and/or with covid. However having spoken to longer term residents, this is a continuous issue with IFL International.
    I have also noticed drivers seem to pick and choose which houses to deliver to.. As a newer resident I have not had any interactions with the driver, so I am assuming its not a personal vendetta.. Again though with my mailbox fully clear, I’m still not sure how the driver picks who gets mail that day..
    On heavy snow days I would be willing to accept this lack of service, however this occurs even during light snowfall.. Additionally, the fact a small Toyota passenger car, as well as fedex (with one van CHAINED to another during peak holiday delivery’s) are able to easily access the area in snow speaks only to driver laziness.. Again see The drivers just kind of do what they want..
    The only solution seems paying for a PO box, since the drivers take the mail in the vehicle. This means you can’t go in person to get your mail most days, as the office closes at 4pm..
    Since nothing will change all I can hope is that this review doesn’t create retaliation, and I never get my mail…
